For at least the second time of the 2023-24 college basketball season, the Iowa Hawkeyes saw a massive fan in attendance at one of their games: “Ted Lasso” actor Jason Sudeikis.

The famed actor was in attendance at the team’s Elite Eight game vs. LSU, a rematch of last year’s national title game. Sudeikis was clearly in support of 1 seed Iowa, which avenged last year’s title-game loss to Angel Reese and Co. with a 94-87 victory to advance to the Final Four.
