Colombian Juan Carlos Osorio, Zamalek’s coach, announced the team’s roster in preparation for facing Pyramids tomorrow, Thursday.
Zamalek will begin its campaign in the new Premier League season tomorrow, Thursday, with a strong confrontation against the Pyramids team, at exactly seven o’clock in the evening at the Air Defense Stadium in Cairo.
Many players are absent from Zamalek’s list, most notably: Ahmed Fattouh, Mahmoud Hamdi “Al-Wansh”, Mohamed Awad and Abdullah Gomaa due to injury, Ahmed Sayed Zizo and Hatem Sukkar due to suspension, and Tunisian Saif Al-Jaziri for technical reasons.
Zamalek’s list was as follows: “Mohamed Sobhi and Abdel Rahman Nafad in goalkeeping, Hamza Al Mathlouthi, Omar Gaber, Mahmoud Alaa, Mohamed Abdel Ghani, Hossam Abdel Majeed, Mustafa El Zanari, Mohamed Tariq, and Mohamed Abdel Shafi in defense, Nabil Imad “Dunga,” Amr El Sisi, Mohamed Ashraf “Rouqa,” and Mohamed Hossam “Besso”, Youssef Ibrahim “Obama”, Sayed Abdullah “Neymar”, Ahmed Abdel Rahim “Esho”, Mahmoud Abdel Razek “Shikabala”, Ibrahima Ndiaye and Mustafa Shalabi in the middle, Nasser Mansi and Ali Yasser in the attack.
