Zamalek formation: 4 changes against Pyramids

Motamed Gamal, interim coach of Zamalek, announced the lineup that will start against Pyramids in the upcoming Egyptian Cup semi-final.

The match between Zamalek and Pyramids is scheduled to take place at seven in the evening today at Cairo International Stadium in the semi-final match of the Egypt Cup for the 2022-2023 season.

The match between Zamalek and Pyramids will be the first for interim coach Motamed Gamal after the dismissal of Colombian Juan Carlos Osorio.

Zamalek’s formation witnesses 4 changes from the last Zed match, with the participation of Mahmoud Alaa, Amr El-Sisi, Sayed Neymar and Mahmoud Shikabala instead of Mohamed Abdel-Ghani, Ashraf Rouka, Al-Jaziri and Nasser Mansi.

Defense line: Hossam Abdel Majeed – Mahmoud Alaa – Hamza Al Mathlouthi

Midfield: Ibrahima Ndiaye – Nabil Imad Donga – Amr El-Sisi – Sayed Abdullah Neymar

Attacking line: Shikabala – Youssef Obama – Ahmed Mustafa Zizou

On the Zamalek substitutes bench are Abdel Rahman Nafad, Mohamed Tariq, Hatem Sukkar, Abdullah Gomaa, Mohamed Abdel Shafi, Mohamed Hossam “Bisou”, Mohamed Ashraf “Rouqa”, Nasser Mansi, and Samson Akinola.

It is worth noting that the winner of the Zamalek and Pyramids match will face its Al-Ahly counterpart in the Egypt Cup final.
