The Night of the Ice Cream Parlors is part of the celebration of the 39th edition of the Authentic Artisanal Ice Cream Week, which is taking place from last Monday until November 12 throughout the country. Event organized since 2017 by the Association of Artisanal Ice Cream and Related Manufacturers (AFADHYA).
