Head of the Learning and Reporting Department at the Saudi Patient Safety Center, Rawan Al-Sultan, confirmed that work is being done to involve patients in advisory councils and hear their suggestions.
Rawan Al-Sultan said in statements to Al-Ikhbariya: “To evaluate the quality of health care in hospitals, involve patients in advisory councils and hear their suggestions.”
She added: “We are working to establish advisory councils in all health facilities with a representative to hear the patient’s voice, in order to find solutions and listen to proposals.”
