The stadium ticket offices will remain open on the following time:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., uninterrupted.
- On Thursday, from 12:00 to 20:00, uninterrupted.
- On Saturday the 11th, match day, from 11:00 a.m. until half-time of the match.

For this match, season ticket transfers will be available for those Granada fans who cannot go to the stadium. This option will be enabled in the Subscriber Area starting Thursday, November 9 at 12:00 p.m.
