The Italian club, Juventus, is preparing for a large spherical “cosmetic” operation, in which it will get rid of a large number of players that may reach half of the team, in preparation for the beginning of a new era and the return to competitions locally and continentally again.
According to the Spanish newspaper “AS”, “Juve” wants to start a new stage “from scratch”, and therefore its management will be open to listening to any offers that reach its players, whatever their names are.
Among the names that Juventus will not oppose their exit in the event of the arrival of a “suitable” offer are Serbian striker Dusan Vlahovic and team star Federico Chiesa, in addition to veteran defender Leonardo Bonucci, Alex Sandro, and expert Polish goalkeeper Wojciech Chesney.
The new sports administration, led by Cristiano Giuntoli, is working to achieve a clear goal, which is to sell as many players as possible from the “old lady”.
The Juventus board of directors believes that no player in a team is untouchable, in order to achieve a second goal, which is to reduce the players’ wage bill.
And the administration met the request of coach Massimiliano Allegri by renewing the contract of French midfielder Adrien Rabiot and striker Arkadiusz Milik, in addition to contracting with Timothy Weah Lille player, son of former football star and current President of Liberia George Weah, in a deal amounting to 12 million euros.

And the Spanish newspaper indicates that Weah will be the successor to the Colombian Juan Cuadrado, who announced Juventus a few days ago his departure from the team as the first victim of the “new era”.
On the other hand, American Weston McKinney, Brazilian Arthur Milo and Swiss Denis Zakaria left coach Allegri’s plans for the next season 2023-2024, and Juventus hopes to get 50 million euros from their sale.
Getting rid of the aforementioned trio will not be easy, especially Brazilian Milo, whose salary reaches 6 million euros, which complicates negotiations to include him in any other team.
The Juventus administration will study any offer it receives for the departure of Chesney and Bonucci, both of whom receive 6.5 million euros annually, and their contract expires in the summer of 2024, in addition to Sandro, and offers are expected to arrive for his defender Daniele Rogani.
As for Vlahovic, several European clubs want to sign him, such as Chelsea, Manchester United, and Bayern Munich, at a time when the English duo, Newcastle United and Liverpool, are coveting Keiza’s services.
Juventus ranked seventh in the Italian League ranking table for the last season 2022-2023, with 62 points, after deducting 10 points from its balance by a decision of an Italian court, against the background of suspicions of corruption in transfer deals between 2018 and 2021.
Accordingly, Juventus will have to compete in the European Conference League in the new season 2023-2024.
