The Ministry of Health reviews its experience in marketing its services during the meeting of media directors in the Gulf countries

The GCC Health Council held the 13th meeting of the directors of information, digital media and awareness in the ministries of health in the member states via videoconferencing, based on the council’s keenness to strengthen cooperation with the ministries of health in the GCC countries, and to improve the mechanism for delivering educational messages to citizens and residents of the member states, and to coordinate media work and participation Experiences of the GCC countries.

Directors of media, digital media and awareness from the GCC countries participated in the meeting, where the Ministry of Health reviewed its experience in marketing and unifying health services through one application “My Health”, which combines many specialized applications.

During the meeting, the Ministry discussed the details of the success of the “My Health” application in raising awareness of the available health services. The marketing strategy that was adopted to integrate the various applications of the Ministry into one application was reviewed, and the importance of adopting modern methods in health marketing and benefiting from modern technology to achieve maximum benefit and provide Simplified and effective services for citizens and residents of member states.

It is noteworthy that the “My Health” application, launched by the Ministry of Health, aims to provide an integrated experience for users, where they can access their personal health information, book appointments for medical visits, and receive health advice and educational directives, through an easy-to-use and simplified interface.
