The efforts of national cadres continue to serve the pilgrims benefiting from the “Makkah Road Initiative” in the Kingdom of Morocco, which the Ministry of Interior is working on in cooperation with the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Health, Hajj and Umrah, the General Directorate of Passports, the General Authority of Civil Aviation, the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, and the Saudi Data Authority. And artificial intelligence “Sadaya”, and the program for serving pilgrims.

The Kingdom’s government is keen to provide services to pilgrims in the Two Holy Mosques and holy sites. To improve the performance of the authorities in an integrated manner, and to develop their work to fulfill their hoped-for role in facilitating the pilgrims coming from different countries of the world; To ensure that they perform their rituals with tranquility, in order to ensure the distinguished success of the Hajj season.

The efforts of the human cadres in the Makkah Road Initiative team in Morocco are combined with the guidance and support of the wise leadership – may God bless them – which will contribute – God willing – in providing all the necessary capabilities. To facilitate their entry into the Kingdom, and to save them the trouble of waiting upon their arrival at the Kingdom’s airports.

It is noteworthy that the Makkah Road initiative aims to receive the pilgrims, and to complete their procedures from their countries easily and smoothly, starting with issuing the visa electronically and taking vital characteristics, passing through the completion of passport procedures at the airport of the country of departure after verifying the availability of health requirements, in addition to coding and sorting luggage according to transportation arrangements. and housing in the Kingdom, and upon their arrival they move directly to buses; To deliver them to their residences in Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, with designated paths, while the service agencies deliver their luggage to their homes.
