To improve the performance of the authorities in an integrated manner, and to develop their work to fulfill their hoped-for role in facilitating the pilgrims coming from different countries of the world; To ensure that they perform their rituals with tranquility, in order to ensure the distinguished success of the Hajj season.

It is noteworthy that the Makkah Road initiative aims to receive the pilgrims, and to complete their procedures from their countries easily and smoothly, starting with issuing the visa electronically and taking vital characteristics, passing through the completion of passport procedures at the airport of the country of departure after verifying the availability of health requirements, in addition to coding and sorting luggage according to transportation arrangements. and housing in the Kingdom, and upon their arrival they move directly to buses; To deliver them to their residences in Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, with designated paths, while the service agencies deliver their luggage to their homes.
