Signs of a crisis looming on the horizon between the veteran Italian coach, Real Madrid, Carlo Ancelotti, and the management of the royal club, regarding the “meringue” policy in the current summer transfer market.
Ancelotti insists on his demands for the need to sign a strong striker to compensate for the departure of Frenchman Karim Benzema, who moved to Al-Ittihad Jeddah, the Saudi League champion.
On the other hand, the administration of President Florentino Perez adheres to its policy in the current “Mercato”, which aims to contract only with Frenchman Kylian Mbappe, the star of Paris Saint-Germain, otherwise there will be no alternative contracts.
In view of these data, Ancelotti feels very angry towards the Peres administration, according to the Spanish newspaper “Mundo Deportivo”.
And the newspaper confirms that Real Madrid closed the summer transfer market for him very early, which angered Ancelotti.
Ancelotti, 64, had expected Real Madrid to enter the market forcefully in order to sign a replacement for Benzema, such as Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane, but the administration disappointed him in this file.
Kane is Ancelotti’s favorite striker, but Real Madrid does not want to pay more than 100 million euros for a player who will turn 30 on July 28.
The newspaper reiterated that the only player who can budge the position of Real Madrid management is Kylian Mbappe only, otherwise it believes that Ancelotti has enough strikers in the new season 2023-2024, which is the opposite of the Italian coach’s point of view.
It seems that Ancelotti will accept work in the current situation reluctantly, with only one season remaining on his contract with the royal club, in light of the information promoted by the Brazilian media about his approach to taking over the “Samba” team, starting in June 2024.

Ancelotti believes in the necessity of strengthening Real Madrid’s attacking force in the next season with a heavy-caliber striker, whether it is Mbappe or someone else.
And “Mundo Deportivo” indicates that the preparatory period and the matches that the team will play in the United States during this July will answer many questions.
And the newspaper “AS” (AS) had recently reported that Ancelotti would resort to the involvement of the Brazilian duo Vinicius Junior and Rodrigo Goes in the front line and behind them the Englishman Jude Bellingham, which means that the team will abandon its usual 4-3-3 method of play to turn into 4- 3-1-2.
