The arrival of more than 383 thousand pilgrims to Medina

The statistics of the Hajj and Visit Committee of the movement of receiving and leaving pilgrims in Medina revealed that the number of pilgrims who arrived in Medina after God blessed them to perform the rituals of Hajj until yesterday, Thursday, reached (383,275) pilgrims of several nationalities.

The statistics of the Hajj and Visit Committee indicated that the pilgrims came through the air and land ports and the Two Holy Mosques train, and that the total number of arrivals to Medina yesterday amounted to (22,383) pilgrims.

With regard to departures, the statistics indicated that the total number of departing pilgrims on their way to their countries amounted to (227,989) pilgrims, while the number of departures reached (23,537) pilgrims, of which (19,687) pilgrims departed from Prince Muhammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah via (114) flights. And (3802) pilgrims departed from the Immigration Reception Station via (62) flights, while (49) pilgrims left from the Land Pilgrims Center via (1) flights.

While the number of remaining pilgrims in Medina reached (155,252) pilgrims of different nationalities, and the housing occupancy rate in Medina reached (51%), while (2177) pilgrims benefited from the medical services provided to the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God for yesterday’s five days.
