The US special envoy to Yemen, Tim Lenderking, confirmed that tangible progress has been made in reaching a solution to the Yemeni crisis, warning against setting the matter with a “time frame” to reach a final solution.
Lenderking said that there will be no “guarantees” that the parties will adhere to this agreement, noting: “The parties to the conflict will be responsible for the obligations they undertake,” according to Sky News Arabia.
The American special envoy to Yemen continued: “There is great cooperation between the Gulf states and the United States to resolve the Yemeni crisis as a priority.”
