Specialist: The rise in real estate prices is a reason for the rental activity

The real estate specialist, Dr. Majid Al-Rukban, the reason for the activity of the rental movement in the Kingdom.

Al-Rukban said, in an interview with Al-Ikhbariya channel, that this activity is due to the rise in real estate prices and the move to major cities, which raised the demand for real estate.

And al-Rukban added, at the same time, that the high rent value reduces family stability due to the constant movement, and also leads to the stumbling of business establishments, especially small ones in their infancy.

He continued, that there is no clear regulation regarding rental prices, as they are linked to the personal assessment of the lessor, which requires the development of a system for leasing, especially with all the capabilities available for that.
