Shakira reveals the secret of Pique and Guardiola’s tense relationship: making him suffer a lot

“El PAIS” published part of the statements of the Colombian singer Shakira during her trial for tax fraud, about Gerard Pique’s bad relationship with Pep Guardiola when he was coach of Barcelona, ​​​​the Spanish football champion.

And this Spanish newspaper reported that Shakira confirmed the relationship between Pique (her former partner) and Barcelona was complex. This was especially true during Guardiola’s tenure as technical leadership of the team.

“El Pais” quoted the singer as saying, “Gerrard’s relationship with Barcelona was very complicated. His relationship with Guardiola was very tense. Which made him suffer a lot.”

Guardiola began his coaching career in 2007 by supervising Barcelona’s reserve team before leading the first team in 2008, which he continued to lead until 2012, and moved the following year to lead Bayern Munich.
