Zamalek club is trying hard to preserve the largest amount of its talents and young stars, in light of the desire of many clubs to obtain their services.
There are more than one player whose contracts expire at the end of the current season, and they can sign for free for any team, which is something Zamalek wants to avoid.
Among these distinguished players, who have appeared very well in recent times, is midfielder Seif Gaafar, who is considered the most prominent emerging talent in Zamalek.
A source told Al-Ousboa portal in his interview today: “Saif Farouk Jaafar, the player of the Zamalek team, requested an additional deadline from the White Castle administration to resolve his final decision regarding renewing his contract with the team.”
And the source continued: “The player wants to obtain the largest financial return from Zamalek, in light of his desire to stay with the team and not move to Pyramids.”
Saif Zahir: Zizou is close to leaving Zamalek in the summer Mercato
For his part, the journalist, Saif Zaher, confirmed that Ahmed Sayed Zizou, the player of the first football team in Zamalek Club, has a huge offer from an Arab club in order to move to his ranks in the upcoming summer transfer market, the “Summer Mercato.”
Saif Zaher said on the “Ontime Stadium” program, broadcast on the “Ontime Sports” channel: “Zizou has an offer with a very large number from an Arab club, to join his ranks in the Mercato next summer.”
Saif Zahir added, “Zizou may leave Zamalek in the Mercato next summer, but this will only happen with the approval of the club’s management, because he is still linked to a contract with the White Castle that ends in the summer of 2025.”
On the other hand, the Zamalek team tied with its counterpart, Al-Dakhiliya team, yesterday, Monday, in the twenty-ninth stage of the Egyptian Football Premier League.
And at the new Suez Stadium, Tunisian Seif El-Din El-Jaziri advanced with a goal to Zamalek in the 21st minute, but Samir Fekry equalized for the interior from a penalty kick six minutes before the end.
Zamalek raised its score to 47 points in the fourth place, compared to 28 points for the interior in the third place from the bottom.
