Horacio Rodríguez Larreta He highlighted this Wednesday that Jorge Macri y Clara Muzzio “They guarantee the continuity of a transformative management” in the city of Buenos Aires and stated that starting next December 10, both will continue working with maximum commitment at the service of the people of Buenos Aires.

Along the same lines, he maintained that the elected Head of Government and the current Minister of Public Space and Urban Hygiene, who will accompany him as Deputy Head of Government, represent the same values ​​that throughout these years allowed for important management achievements in the City.

“We have the confidence and conviction that there is a team that will continue to be committed to doing what we do, working every day with the same attitude so that Buenos Aires continues to position itself as one of the most dynamic and modern capitals, not only in Latin America, but of the world,” he asserted.

Rodríguez Larreta spoke at the Usina del Arte, in the Boca neighborhood, during the “BA thanks” event. Organized by the Cultural Transformation Secretariat of the Chief of Staff, the meeting recognized members of the different Government management teams for their commitment to public service.

Rodríguez Larreta remarked: “Just as eight years ago we also managed the change of Government in an orderly and constructive manner with Mauricio (Macri), now we reach this other stage with the enormous pride and tranquility of the task accomplished.”

He then highlighted the most relevant milestones that were achieved during the administration and listed among them the transformation in the most vulnerable neighborhoods, the creation of the City Police, the works on Paseo del Bajo, the educational transformation, the response given the public health system in the midst of the pandemic emergency and the recovery of the southern zone.

“We did all of this with austerity and always taking care of things. That is why today we have the lowest level of debt in history, with zero deficit, with an anti-cyclical fund foreseeing the future and with the numbers really healthy and in order in a very difficult economic moment for Argentina,” he stated.
