During the first quarter of 2023, the Riyadh Municipality approved 8 plans that include residential lands, gardens, and open areas. In order to keep pace with the rapid urban growth in the capital, and to achieve the goals of urban development in the city.
The Municipality indicated that the area of the approved plans amounted to 23,055,473 square meters, while the area of residential lands amounted to 4,658,838 square meters, and the number of land plots reached 14,443 residential plots, in addition to an area of 3,150,899 square meters for gardens and open areas.
And she indicated that the adoption of plans contributes to keeping pace with the rapid urban growth in the capital, and the provision of housing units that enhance the increase in supply to citizens, in addition to achieving the goals of urban development in the city, supporting its economy and enhancing its revenues.
