A source inside Al-Ahly Club confirmed that the board of directors, headed by Captain Mahmoud Al-Khatib, officially refused by sending a fax to Al-Wakra Club, to reject the offer submitted to Hamdi Fathy.

And the source added, in exclusive statements to “Al-Osboa”: “Until now, Al-Ahly adheres to the presence of the player in the team for the new season. It may be in variables if the value of the offer is raised.”

And according to what Al-Osboa learned, Al-Wakra Club of Qatar had submitted an offer to Al-Ahly club to obtain the services of Hamdi Fathy on loan for one million and 500 thousand dollars, with the right to buy for 3 million dollars.

Al-Ahly is preparing to face the Enppi team at nine thirty in the evening, Tuesday, in the twenty-ninth round of the Premier League competitions.
