Pilgrims of the House of God throw stones at the Jamarat on the second day of Tashreeq, and those in a hurry prepare to depart from Mina

The pilgrims of the Sacred House of God in the shrine of Mina in Makkah Al-Mukarramah continue to throw the Jamarat on the second day of Tashreeq, while those in a hurry prepare to depart from Mina, signaling the end of the rituals of Hajj.

During the days of al-Tashreeq – which are the three days following the day of Eid – the pilgrims go to the Jamarat area and throw the three Jamarat, starting with the minor one, the middle one, and then the major one.

And the pilgrim spends the nights of al-Tashreeq in Mina, and it is permissible for the hasty person to leave on the twelfth of Dhu al-Hijjah (today is Friday) before sunset, and then head to the honorable Kaaba to perform the farewell circumambulation, and with it he ends your ritual Hajj.

The pilgrims of the Sacred House of God – the day before yesterday, Wednesday – performed the rituals of the Day of Sacrifice, as they threw the Jamrah of the Great Aqaba in Mina’s hair, then circumambulated the ancient house and released themselves from the Ihram.

Before that, the pilgrims had fled to Muzdalifah after they stood at the level of Arafat to perform the greatest pillar of Hajj.

And the Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, announced that the number of pilgrims this year amounted to more than 1.8 million pilgrims, who came from more than 150 countries.

The Saudi General Authority for Statistics stated that the number of pilgrims coming from Arab countries reached 21% of the total pilgrims, and from non-Arab Asian countries 63.5% of the total pilgrims, while the number of pilgrims from non-Arab African countries reached 13.4%, and from European countries, America, Australia and other countries 2.1. %.
