He’s getting a much more accommodating environment today at baseball’s best hitter park.
Not only does the stadium work in his favour, but he also gets a great match.
The Rockies’ starting pitcher, Connor Seabold, has a 5.97 ERA through 31.2 innings pitched this year with a strike rate well below the 16.8% average.
Alonso is having a great season, with a 0.349 wOBA and . 289 ISO for right-handed pitching.

The Astros opened a three-game game today with the Oakland Athletics, who have had the worst team in the field in MLB by a good margin so far this season.
James Caprellian will start as a starter for the A’s, and he’s been absolutely burned by left-handed hitters this season.
He allowed an obscene 364 ISO and a .447 wOBA left handed, while managing to strike out only 17.9% of them.
Five of the six home runs he’s allowed this season have come against lefties.
Houston happens to have one of the best left-handed hitters on the planet in Yordan Alvarez.
He has posted .406 wOBA and .307 ISO for right-handed pitching since the start of last season.
His 19.0% barrel rate ranks seventh in baseball this season.
If Alvarez can’t get the job done against Kaprielian, he should get some notches in the Oakland bullpen.
Athletics relievers have the worst strikeout rate (5.18), second-worst strikeout rate (18.8%), and worst walk rate (13.8%) in MLB this season.
Yordan has a high chance of posting better than an 8.5 fantasy score today.
Rafael Devers has more than 1.5 total bases
DeVers and the Red Sox get a matchup with Arizona rookie right-hander Brandon Pfaedt.
And while Pfaadt is one of the best pitching prospects in baseball, he has yet to translate that prospective pedigree into success at the major league level.
He has a 5.70 SIERA through four starts this season, a well below average 15.9% strike rate and a 9.1% walk rate.
Pfaadt has allowed .410 wOBA, a 50.0% hit rate, and a .618 xSLG, which all rank in the bottom 5% of the league.
Devers has established himself as one of the best hitters in the Majors, with a .373 wOBA and .248 ISO for right-handed pitching since the start of last season.
His 13.8% barrel rate ranks 26th in the MLB among hitters with at least 150 plate appearances this season.
He should be able to hit multiple runs, or hit an extra base, to give us over 1.5 total bases today.
Ronald Acuna is over 9.5 fantasy points
Acuna is off to the best start of his career, which is saying a lot since he posted two seasons above 155 WRC+.
Simply put, he’s playing at the MVP level now.
So far this season, he has posted a .424 wOBA, .245 ISO and 166 wRC+ through 227 plate appearances.

He hit 11 home runs and added 22 stolen bases for good measure.
Today, Acuna gets a match against Taijuan Walker, who has a 5.79 ERA, a 21.0% strikeout rate and an 11.0% walk rate.
He has only struck out 18.1% of the right-handed batters he has faced this season.
Acuna has multiple ways to achieve a powerful fantasy score thanks to its combination of power and speed.
He would score over 9.5 fantasy scores against the Phillies.
