The Saudi Lime Industries Company announced the opening of the door for candidacy for membership of the Board of Directors for the next session, which begins on 07/21/2023 AD and for a period of three years ending on 07/20/2026 AD, noting that the nomination for membership of the Board of Directors will take place in accordance with the provisions contained in the Companies Law issued by the Ministry of Commerce , and the corporate governance regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority, in addition to the company’s bylaws, policies and standards for board membership.
