Lara snatches the silver of “Arab Billiards”

The Saudi national team player, Lara Al-Zanan, won the silver medal in the 10-ball pool competition for women in the second day of the Arab Billiards and Snooker Championship hosted by Riyadh with the participation of 12 Arab teams.

Iraqi Amir Ahmed snatched the gold medal in the men’s 8-ball billiards competition after defeating Kuwaiti Ahmed Al-Dulaimi, who won the silver medal. Omani player Mubarak Al-Wahibi ranked third and the bronze medal, while Kuwaiti Abdullah Al-Yousef ranked fourth.

The Arab Championship competitions will continue on its third day, and tomorrow (Wednesday) the semi-finals of the men’s snooker competition will be held, and the teams of Qatar and Jordan will meet in the first confrontation at 12:30 pm, while they will meet at the same time the teams of Iraq and the UAE.

On the third day, the preliminary round competitions will be held in the billiards and snooker competitions for the junior level.
