LaLiga renews with Puma until the summer of 2029. The competition will continue to be played with the German group’s balls for at least another five seasons, according to keep it up SportBusiness. The current contract is valued at more than six million euros, according to data extracted from 2Playbook Intelligence, the data and market intelligence unit of 2Playbook.
The German group, which began its alliance with LaLiga in 2019-2020will thus celebrate a decade with Spanish professional football, with which it is active, mainly, with the provision of balls for the First and Second Division. The company took over from Nike, who had been with the competition for 23 years.
Puma will continue in the second line of sponsors of LaLiga, only below EA Sports, the new title sponsor of the competition, and in line with other companies such as Microsoft, Mahou, BKT, Sorare, El Corte Inglés or the newcomer Visit Saudithe tourism brand of Saudi Arabia.
