After Javier Miley chicaneara with a personal theme a Gerardo Morales for having been admitted to a private clinic -and not in the public health system- as a result of an infection, the governor of Jujuy came out to respond this Wednesday through an open letter on the networks, written from the hospitalization room itself.
“The truth is Milei: you don’t understand anything. It’s a shame.” This is how the written text begins, according to Morales himself during an interval during his and her hospitalization. in the middle of medical studies which is done after an infection is detected.
“Your joy in the face of a health situation doesn’t bother me so much. of a political adversary. Which it worries me is that you continue to deny the need for a health and public education system, as well as the concept of a present State for the Argentine people that you aspire to lead,” he continued, in response to the chicanery that Milei dedicated to him for the supposed contradiction of check into a clinic.
“The concept of the present State and the need to strengthen the health and public education systems has to do with the fact that more than half of Argentines are either indigent or pooror they are informal workers,” continued the radical who was on the other side of Milei in the fracture of Together for Change that Mauricio Macri engineered.
During the extensive text, Morales reviewed his 8 years at the head of the province of Jujuy andand proud of some of his achievementsin this case all related to the field of public health.
The radical who will not vote for Milei listed the purchase of 50 ambulances, the installation of tomographs, the creation of a hemotherapy center, expansion of hospitals and the construction of a highly complex center, among others.
“I carried out all this with the effort of the province’s own public funds, being the largest investment in public health in the history of Jujuy. I did it with the conviction of strengthening the public health care system, decentralizing it and always reaffirming the concept of PRESENT STATE (which it doesn’t enter your head),” hit the libertarian directly.
Morales blamed the presidential candidate for “wrong and mean view of life” for his attempted disqualification.
The response by letter came a day after Milei criticized him on social networks for being admitted to a private clinic and not a hospital: ““Morales and public health”said Milei’s first acidic post that replicated libertarian propaganda accounts.

There was a second chicane from Milei: “Here is the defender of public health and the present State, Gerardo Morales,” he insisted on Twitter.
The La Libertad Avanza candidate also reposted on Twitter a message from journalist Ceferino Reato that highlighted that “the governor of Jujuy defends public health and criticizes Buenos Aires centralism, but runs to CABA to be admitted and to a private clinic.”
The complete letter from Gerardo Morales in response to Javier Milei
I’m going to take a break from my hospitalization and some medical tests I’m undergoing, to tell you some things.
The truth @JMilei: you don’t understand anything. It’s a shame.
Your joy in the face of a political adversary’s health situation doesn’t bother me so much. What worries me is that you continue to deny the need for a public health and education system, as well as the concept of a present State for the Argentine people that you aspire to lead.
Open letter to Milei

The concept of the present State and the need to strengthen the health and public education systems has to do with the fact that more than half of Argentines are either indigent, or poor, or informal workers.
This entire majority of the Argentine population does not have social work (later I explain how the social work system works and its interaction with the public and private health subsystems. I do it later because a lot of information at once can make you dizzy and perhaps make you dizzy. generate some violent reaction).
It is so important that there be a system of access to public health, for this enormous majority of Argentines, that guaranteeing them equal access with the highest possible quality of care is an obligation of the State.
When I took charge of the Government of the province, 8 years ago:
– We immediately purchased 50 new ambulances (many more during the rest of my term);
– Laparoscopic surgery equipment, C-arms, among other equipment.
– I installed tomographs in different public hospitals in the province (Ledesma, Perico, Humahuaca, La Quiaca, Susques… I know that you cannot estimate the importance of the fact that in places like Susques, residents can have the best technology to care for their needs. health);
– I completed the maternity work in Alto Comedero and we are building a guard and an extension to turn it into a highly complex center to serve more than 120,000 people (of course, you have no idea about all this; because you don’t know the country , less the deep interior; and the less you know the State);
– I built the most important hemotherapy center in the NOA in Alto Comedero;
– I expanded the Perico hospital, which now has intensive care, an operating room, and an analysis laboratory;
– And I am building the largest hospital in the entire province in Libertador Gral. San Martín, with 27,000 M2 covered, with the best technology and equipment to serve our people.
– Soon, the National Government will provide a new resonator and an angiograph for the Pablo Soria hospital (find out the importance of an angiograph for the public health system).
All of this, among many other investments, was carried out with the effort of the province’s own public funds, being the largest investment in public health in the history of Jujuy. I did it with the conviction of strengthening the public health care system, decentralizing it and always reaffirming the concept of the PRESENT STATE (which does not enter your head).
Since there is a lack of Doctors throughout the country, and particularly in provinces where we do not have a medical school, I agreed with the prestigious National University of Tucumán and its Faculty of Medicine (you don’t have the slightest idea about this either) to install the Faculty of Medicine of Jujuy in LGSM.
Hence the importance of public education, but above all of the NATIONAL PUBLIC UNIVERSITY, of which I, like millions of Argentines, are proud. (I also know that this may be something new for you, and that it may not even enter your head)
I am sure that these facts and concepts may not change your mistaken and petty view of life in the slightest.
There are many other arguments in favor of defending health and public education. I don’t want to overwhelm you with so much information because I want to take care of your head.
Your attempt to disqualify me does not discredit the need for a public health system for the country.
