President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi issued two Republican decisions to dismiss two judges of the State Council.

This came in implementation of two rulings issued by the Disciplinary Board of Judges of the State Council last May and September.

The first decision No. 536 of 2023 was issued to dismiss Counselor Majid Nashat Al-Hilali, Vice President of the State Council.

The second Resolution No. 537 of 2023 was issued to dismiss Counselor Ahmed Shukri Moawad, Assistant Counselor (B) of the State Council.

It is noteworthy that the decisions of the President of the Republic in this context are only revealing, and are limited to adopting the rulings issued by the disciplinary councils and the authority of judges.
