Human resource economics specialist, Hisham Ben Ali, said that the decision to review the job salary scale came to correct the situation.

And he continued, that these decisions are consistent with ensuring the future career, as all state employees are housed in contracts with the Ministry of Human Resources, followed by structuring the employees in a legal manner that gives them all their practical and professional entitlements.

And the specialist in human resources economics added that the decision also preserves the style and style of personal life for employees, indicating that all employees who are on clauses or contractors do not affect their salaries according to the directives issued in this regard.
