After being sent off in the 61st minute of the match against Real Madrid and its host, Real Sociedad, the Spaniard Dani Carvajal, the “royal” back, resorted to his Instagram account to protest against the red card.
Real Madrid lost to its host Real Sociedad with two clean goals scored by Japanese Takefusa Kubo (47) and Ander Barentcia (85).

Real Madrid played the match with 10 players, starting from the 61st minute, after the Spanish international received the second yellow card and was then expelled from the match.
The first yellow card was due to his violent protest against the referee, and 5 minutes later he received the second card after a mistake he committed on the Spaniard Ayhin Muñoz, Sociedad winger.

After his expulsion, Carvajal did not protest, who left the stadium applauding the referee and the fourth referee.
Carvajal was apparently so angry that as soon as he reached the locker room he picked up his cellphone and protested by uploading an Instagram story that only included a laughing emoji.
Although it was clear that the “emoji” was to object to the referee’s decision, Carvajal returned and deleted the “Al-Asturi” shortly after.
