Talk continues during this period about the future of the Portuguese player, Joao Cancelo, with Bayern Munich during the coming period.
The 28-year-old is in Bayern Munich on loan from Manchester City until June 2023, with the option to buy the contract.
The Italian journalist, Fabrizio Romano, through his personal account on the social networking site Twitter, quoted Salih Hamidic’s statements about the player’s future.
He said in his statements: “Cancelo is a great player, from a technical point of view, he is pleased with the eyes. We are happy to have him.”
He added: “The option to buy him for 70 million euros? We haven’t decided anything yet. We’ll do it at the end of the season.”
The player participated in 45 matches this season in all tournaments and managed to score 3 goals and assisted 11 goals.
