His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, inspected the Dubai Center for Intelligent Traffic Systems, in Al Barsha, considering the center as one of the largest traffic control centers in the world.
His Highness said in a post on the social networking site “X”: “I visited the Dubai Center for Smart Traffic Systems in Al Barsha, and we were briefed on strategic projects to develop infrastructure and expand the use of smart traffic systems to include the entire road network in Dubai.”
His Highness added, “The center is considered one of the largest and most modern traffic control centers in the world. It employs artificial intelligence technologies, big data, the Internet of Things, and traffic congestion forecasting techniques to provide qualitative and proactive services to every user of Dubai’s road network.”
