And in that confrontation, the star of Inter Milan, Romelu Lukaku, who scored two goals, starred.
Bruno Giordano, the former Italian football star, praised Inter Milan and Lukaku’s impressive performance against Sassuolo.
“Inter will be back in position, and they are moving forward in the Champions League,” Giordano said. “Five days ago he was -10 of Lazio, and now he has overtaken them. Lukaku has become a starter for the domestic championship and also for the Champions League.”
Inter Milan is preparing to face AC Milan last Wednesday, for the second leg of the European League semi-finals.
