Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper, French international soccer champion Gianluigi Donnarumma, and his partner were robbed in their home in the capital, Paris, on Thursday night, according to a source close to the file.
The same source, confirming the news to “Acto17”, said that Donnarumma and his girlfriend, who were admitted to the hospital after the incident, were “handcuffed” by “several individuals” under the threat of a “weapon” whose nature was not specified, in their apartment in the eighth district of the capital.
The well-informed source added that Donnarumma was beaten and sustained “minor injuries,” without providing further details, noting that his girlfriend was not physically harmed.
He explained that the perpetrators fled and that the police had opened an investigation.
