We are pleased, on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, may God protect him, to greet you from the vicinity of the Sacred House of God, and to congratulate the pilgrims of the House of God and the Islamic nation on the blessed Eid al-Adha, asking the Lord Almighty to accept good deeds from us and from you and the pilgrims of his house, and to make Their pilgrimage is accepted, their efforts commended, and their sins forgiven.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, since its establishment, has honored the Lord Almighty to serve the Two Holy Mosques and take care of them, and has made this at the forefront of its interests, and has taken all efforts and harnessed all capabilities to provide comfort and reassurance to the guests of Rahman.

His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Chairman of the Program Committee for Serving the Guests of the Most Merciful, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, delivered a speech in which he said: “We thank God for making it easy for the pilgrims to perform their rituals with ease, safety and reassurance, and this is the result of God’s success, then the support and guidance of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – may God protect him – and His Highness the Crown Prince’s careful follow-up to everything that contributes to the comfort and safety of the guests of Rahman.
He pointed out that the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God enjoy a package of quality services at all stations of their spiritual journey, which work has begun to prepare since the end of the Hajj season last year, and it is honored to be provided by more than forty government sectors with effective participation and complementarity, led by the sons and daughters of this benevolent country, based on Their religious and national responsibility towards the Two Holy Mosques and their pilgrims, and as an extension of the honor and the authentic historical commitment of our country, leadership and people, within ambitious transformational projects led by the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
He added, based on the directives of His Highness the Crown Prince and his continuous follow-up to translating the objectives of the Service Program for the Guests of Rahman to facilitate access to the Two Holy Mosques, perform Umrah and visit for all Muslims, by simplifying procedures, developing visa systems and digitizing them on a unified platform in several languages, which resulted in this year achieving the highest historical number. The number of pilgrims coming to the Kingdom exceeded ten million.
Dr. Al-Rabeeah explained that this year, for the first time, fair competition was opened in the service of pilgrims abroad, and the implementation of the Makkah Route initiative was expanded, which has so far benefited seven countries, and has served more than 400,000 pilgrims since its launch.
His Excellency indicated that it is to enrich the religious and cultural experience of Umrah pilgrims and visitors, and in coordination with partners, work is underway to rehabilitate Islamic historical sites and enrichment destinations, as in the next few years more than 100 historical sites and exhibitions related to the Prophet’s purified biography will be inaugurated, and human competencies will be invested. Which serves the pilgrims in the three sectors: governmental, private, and non-profit.
After that, I delivered the speech of the Muslim World League for this year, delivered by Sheikh Muhammad Al-Hafiz Al-Nahwi, in which he appreciated the efforts made by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in managing the Hajj seasons, serving the guests of Rahman, and raising them to high levels of modernization and renewal.
He praised the support and empowerment of the Muslim World League from the Kingdom and the crystallization of its role worldwide to serve Islam and Muslims, as well as the transformation of the Makkah Document in the path of the nation’s scholars to become a scientific and intellectual beacon that the world can be proud of, and an educational curriculum and training material in religious institutions for the world. Then the Jordanian Minister of Awqaf, Islamic Affairs and Holy Sites, Dr. Muhammad bin Ahmed Al-Khalayleh, delivered a speech to the heads of Hajj affairs offices, in which he expressed his thanks, pride and appreciation for the great efforts made by the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Highness His faithful crown prince – may God protect them both – to serve the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God, and enable them to perform their duty easily and easily.
