Barcelona ended the Spanish Football League season, losing to Celta Vigo 1-2 today, Sunday, in the 38th and final round of the competition.
Barcelona, who won the title this season, froze at 88 points, while Celta Vigo raised its score to 43 points, to escape the specter of relegation to the second degree.
The home side’s goals were scored by Gabri Vega in the 42nd and 65th minutes.
In the 79th minute, Ansu Fati scored Barcelona’s only goal.
Valladolid fell to the second degree after falling into a goalless draw with its guest, Getafe.
Valladolid raised its score to 40 points in 18th place, but it fell with Espanyol and Elche, whose relegation was confirmed in the previous rounds.
In the rest of the matches, Espanyol and Almeria tied 3-3, Elche and Cadiz 1-1, and Betis and Valencia 1-1.
