Argentina national team coach Lionel Scaloni spoke about the possibility of Inter Miami player Messi participating in the entire next match.
The Argentine national team will face Uruguay, at two in the morning tomorrow, Friday, in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
Scaloni said in statements during the press conference this morning: “We do not have room to make adjustments to the starting lineup. I will bring in a group of participating players on a regular basis.”
He added: “Messi is regaining his physical fitness well, and he is training seriously.”
Scaloni concluded: “The answers to questions about Messi are easy. If he is fine, he will always participate with me, and now he is in very good condition. I think the picture has become clear.”
It is noteworthy that the defending champion, Argentina, will face Uruguay and Brazil during the month of November, as part of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
