The main Saudi stock index ended the day’s trading, down 21.70 points, to close at 11442.56 points, with a turnover of 5.3 billion riyals.
According to the daily economic bulletin of the Saudi Press Agency for the Saudi stock market, the volume of shares traded amounted to 169 million shares, in which the shares of 71 companies recorded an increase in their value, while the shares of 141 companies closed in decline.
Shares of companies came; Catering, Medicine, National Education, Dur, and Paper Industry, the highest gainers, while the shares of companies; Autumn, development, science, glass, and first mills were the lowest in transactions, as the rates of rise and fall ranged between 4.28% and 4.21%.
It was shares of companies; Al-Baha, Saudi Aramco, Shams, Americana, and Al-Ahly were the most active in quantity, as were the shares of Saudi Aramco, Alam, Atheeb Telecom, SABIC, and Luberef were the most active in value.
The Saudi parallel stock index (Nomu) ended the day’s trading, down 69.98 points, to close at 23596.10 points, with a turnover of 64.2 million riyals, and the volume of shares traded amounted to more than 4,700,000 shares.
