An Egyptian businessman, working as a manager in a private oil company, shot his wife in the New Cairo region, because the latter filed an alimony lawsuit before the family court, and obtained a ruling to enable him to live, which prompted him to go to his wife’s house and try to enter, but she prevented him, so he fired several bullets. At her, a bullet hit her in the neck, after which she was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
According to Al-Arabiya, their son documented the shooting incident on the part of his father via a mobile phone, as the son asked his mother to close the doors and not allow his father to enter the apartment, which prompted the accused to take his firearm in his possession and fire several bullets at his wife.
For its part, the Egyptian Ministry of Interior monitored the circulating video clip of the businessman shooting his wife, and the detectives intensified their efforts to arrest and bring him.
