Attorney Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Fawwaz obtained a master’s degree in private law, for his scientific thesis, which dealt with the role of the judge in evidence.
The thesis submitted by “Al-Fawwaz” bore the title “The role of the positive judge in the burden of proof in the Saudi system of evidence and in Islamic jurisprudence, a comparative study.”
The discussion committee consisted of Prof. Dr. Muhammad bin Yahya Al-Nujaimi (supervisor and rapporteur), Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sheikh Najeeb (discusser) and Dr. Al-Sayed Al-Shahat (discusser).
