Today, Monday, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) revealed the ideal formation for the first leg matches of the quarter-finals of the African Champions League.

The ideal formation for the first leg matches of the African Champions League quarter-finals witnessed the presence of four players from the Al-Ahly team, and they are: Mohamed Abdel Moneim, Mohamed Hani, Hamdi Fathi and Marawan Attia.

Goalkeeper: Moez Ben Cherifieh (Esperance)

Defensive line: Aubrey Modiba (Sun Downs), Henok Enuga (Simba), Mohamed Abdel Moneim and Mohamed Hany (Al-Ahly).

Midfield: Marawan Attia and Hamdi Fathi (Al-Ahly), Tebuho Mokoyana (Sun Downs).

Offensive line: Mohamed Ali Bin Hamouda (Esperance), Peter Shaluleli (Sun Downs), John Balke (Simba).

And Al-Ahly had defeated its guest, the Moroccan sports team, Raja, with two goals without a response, in the match that was held on the grounds of the Cairo International Stadium.
