Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 3.9 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed, today, Tuesday, the registration of 579 pledges of allegiance at a value of 1.65 billion dirhams, of which 75 pledges of allegiance were made to lands, at a value of 613.61 million dirhams, and 504 sales of apartments and villas, at a value of 1.04 billion dirhams.
The most important land sales came with a value of 209 million dirhams in the fourth Al Thanyah area, followed by a pledge of 49 million dirhams in the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens area, followed by a pledge of 20.86 million dirhams in the third district of Al Habiya.
The fifth area of Al-Habibiyah topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, as it recorded 27 pledges at a value of 121.01 million dirhams, followed by the Airport City region, with 14 pledges at a value of 49.7 million dirhams, and a third in Nad Al Sheba, the first, with 8 pledges at a value of 82.66 million dirhams.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale of 28.43 million dirhams in the Dubai Marina area was the most important sale, followed by a sale of 26 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally a sale of 17.4 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area.
Al-Merkadh area topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 62 pledges of allegiance at a value of 77.15 million dirhams, followed by the Dubai Marina area, with 48 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 165.28 million dirhams, and a third in Al-Barsha, south of the fourth, with 34 pledges of 34.22 million dirhams.
The mortgages recorded a value of 2.04 billion dirhams, including 23 land mortgages at a value of 673.74 million dirhams and 105 mortgages for villas and apartments at a value of 1.36 billion dirhams, the most important of which was in the Al Wasl area at a value of 746.16 million dirhams and another in the Dubai Marina area at a value of 639.02 million dirhams.
As for donations, 36 donations were registered, with a value of 278.58 million dirhams, the most important of which was in Wadi Al-Safa 3, with a value of 177.61 million dirhams, and another in the first Umm Suqeim area, with a value of 25.5 million dirhams.
